How to get your exportAbout 5 minutes
- Open Instagram's Download your information page. In the app it's under Accounts Center → Your information and permissions.
- Choose Download or transfer information, then pick your Instagram account.
- Pick Some of your information and tick only Followers and following.
- Choose Download to device, set the date range to All time, then Create files. JSON or HTML both work.
- Instagram emails you when it's ready, usually within minutes. Download the ZIP and drop it here.
Grab a fresh export every week or two. Each one is saved as a snapshot, and comparing them shows exactly who unfollowed you in between.
